I just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how happy I am to have found your classes. The level of pilates that you teach is flexible for all levels whether beginner or more challenging, and I leave your classes chilled and happy (but well stretched).

As a beginner the classes were a good introduction to Pilates. Helpful and varied exercises with a very experienced instructor.
Our Pilates class on Monday mornings at KGC is very friendly and the exercises are designed to suit all abilities. For me it is a big help as I am waiting for a new knee, and need to keep my body supple. Age is no barrier so give it a try.

I have been going to different Pilates classes for over 15 years and Emma's are possibly the best structured and most clearly explained of the lot!
Emma is a very good teacher, she meets the needs of all ages and ability as one of her older pupils i look forward to here class each week.
