Please note: HIP PilatesĀ® classes are intense. They are not suitable for beginners, anyone with injuries, or anyone with a long-term health condition that makes high impact exercise risky. If you are in any doubt whether these classes are suitable for you, please consult your GP before taking part.

High Intensity Power Pilates is a dynamic, invigorating form of Pilates. Incorporating
key Pilates principles of precision, control and alignment, HIP Pilates will challenge your
balance, coordination and core control at the same time as working at a high level
of intensity to incorporate a cardio element into your workout.

Classes are 50 minutes long and incorporate the use of small hand weights.  Be prepared
for a challenge, and be prepared to sweat!
