High Intensity Power Pilates is a dynamic, invigorating form of Pilates. Incorporating
key Pilates principles of precision, control and alignment, HIP Pilates will challenge your
balance, coordination and core control at the same time as working at a high level
of intensity to incorporate a cardio element into your workout.
Classes are 50 minutes long and incorporate the use of small hand weights. Be prepared
for a challenge, and be prepared to sweat!
