Before you have a 1-2-1 session you will have a free initial assessment which will include a health questionnaire and a posture review so that a tailored programme pilates program can be made for you.  The initial assessment will last 30 minutes and further sessions will last 1 hour.  The sessions will take place in your own home and will cost £40 per session.  I currently have a special offer on which includes 5 1-2-1 sessions for £150.

Bring a mat, a drink of water and a small towel.  Wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in.

I currently run matwork classes at Dale Street Methodist Church and Spencer Yard, Leamington and Kenilworth Golf Club.  Please see the classes page of the website for times and prices.
